Mangoes 2kg
Mustard oil 500gm
Fenugreek seeds 2 table spoonful
Mustard seeds 2 table spoonful
Fennel seeds 2 table spoonful
Turmeric powder 1 table spoonful
Red chili powder 2 table spoonful
Salt to taste (500gm)
Asafoetida 1tsf
Black cumin 1 tsf
Caron seeds 1tsf
Vinegar ½ cups
