Pickled Garlic – The Easiest Method!

Ingredients (for an 800 ml jar):
– Garlic, peeled just a little from the top (leave the skin on)
– 2 tbsp pickling salt (1 tbsp initially, 1 tbsp later)
– Boiling water
– Grape vinegar

Instructions:
1. Fill the jar with garlic.
2. Add 1 tbsp pickling salt and fill the jar with boiling water.
3. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool place for 3 days.
4. After 3 days, drain the water and add 1 tbsp pickling salt again.
5. Pour grape vinegar to cover the garlic, then seal the jar.
6. Store in a cool and dry place.
7. After 1 month, the pickled garlic will be ready to eat!
