homemade pickled bimblis prepared by me. i prepared a liquid brine solution of water with salt, vinegar and a bit of sugar, adding it to the bimblis in a glass jar once it had boiled and cooled down. i also added a bit of garlic, chillies and curry leaves. i kept it outside at room temperature for the bimblis to soak in all the juices properly.

It tastes absolutely Heavenly. ????????????????
