????Ingredients:
• 2 cups ginger, roughly chopped
• 4 cups water
• Juice of 1 lemon or lime
• 1/3 cup raw honey, agave, maple syrup, or simple syrup (or to taste)
• Club soda or sparkling water
• Ice

1️⃣ Make the Ginger Base
• Add chopped ginger and water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10–15 minutes.
• Strain the mixture to remove ginger pieces.
2️⃣ Flavor the Ginger Base
• Stir in the juice of 1 lemon or lime and your sweetener of choice until dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
3️⃣ Serve Your Homemade Ginger Ale
• Fill a glass halfway with ice.
• Pour your ginger base to fill half the glass.
• Top with sparkling water, stir, and garnish with lime.
