Fudgy Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake ????????

This method is an absolute GAMECHANGER. It’s so simple, I’ve never had a cheesecake that is so creamy and delicious. You absolutely have to give this one a try.

I don’t think I’ve ever said no to a Ferrero Rocher before, so after dialing in the recipe for this simple healthy cheesecake, I decided I had to make a Ferrero Rocher flavor. I gotta say, I am OBSESSED, and I think you will be to.

Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or your choice)
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a parchment lined 6” round baking dish.
Bake at 325F for 45-50 minutes until the edges of the cake feel slightly firm and the centre is still soft. The cake will still seem quite liquid in the centre but that’s what we’re looking for.
Cool in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours. Overnight is best.
