How to make you own delicious pickle chilli

Harvest fresh chilies from the garden, cut them into small slices, and pack them into a jar. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.

Fill the jar halfway with cooled boiled water and the other half with vinegar. Cover and store in the fridge; ready to enjoy in 2 days
