Summer Vacation special Ragda Chaat recipe
In a cooker add :
- Soaked Vatana
- Potato
- Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- Water
Mix and Cook for two whistles.
In a pan add oil then add Onion, Green Chilli, Asafoetida (Hing) and cook until the onion turns golden brown
Add 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste and cook for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes, Salt, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and cook for 4 minutes.
Mash the vatana and potato, then add them to the masala.
Cook for a minute then add tamarind pulp and finely chopped coriander leaves, then cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.
For green chutney :
- Coriander Leaves
- Mint Leaves
- Green Chillies
Add water and make a paste
For plating, Mash crispy puri and add ragda
Ganish with :
- Beaten curd
- Green Chutney
- Tamarind Chutney
- Chaat Masala
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Green Chilli
- Chopped Tomato
- A pinch of Black Salt
- Sev
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
Add more crispy puri
And it's ready!!!
