Gond Gadira (edible gum crystals) – 2 tsp (soaked in water for 4 hours)

Gud (jaggery) – 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)

Pudina (mint leaves) – 10 leaves

Kala Namak (black salt) – ¼ tsp

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Cold water – 2 cups

Instructions:

1. Soak gond gadira and sabja seeds separately in water for at least 4 hours until they swell and become soft.


2. Prepare the premix:

Crush the mint leaves lightly.

In a bowl, mix jaggery, mint, black salt, and roasted jeera powder.

Let it sit for 10 minutes so jaggery melts and flavors combine.



3. Assemble the drink:

In a glass, add 1 tbsp soaked sabja seeds and 1 tbsp soaked gond gadira.

Add 2-3 ice cubes.

Pour in half of the premix.

Add 1 cup cold water and stir well.

Top with fresh lemon juice.
