Laddus, making the most of summer while it lasts! ☀️

Started the day with banana pancakes topped with mango & honey, so yum!
Lunch was millet curd rice, urad dal & tori ki sabzi. Light, cooling, and perfect for the heat.
Sipped on bael ka sharbat for that gut-loving refreshment ????
Dinner was a little experiment soya nugget pulao + Paneer burji
(not doing that combo again ????)
