Pineapple Tippache Recipe


This homemade naturally fermented Pineapple Tippache is gut-friendly, refreshing, and so easy to make with just 3 ingredients! Who knew pineapple peels could taste this good? Ferment, chill, sip, repeat!


Ingredients:
• Pineapple peel & core (from 1 ripe pineapple)
• 4-5 cups water
• 2-3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
• ginger slices

Method:
1. Rinse the pineapple peel and core well.
2. In a glass jar, add
Water , sugar, ginger slices and pineapple peels.
3. Cover the jar with a muslin cloth and leave it at room temperature for 2-3 days to naturally ferment.
4. Stir it once daily.
5. Strain, add drink into fermentation bottle, leave it at room temperature for 1 day to ferment again.
6. chill the drink and serve!
