Milo Jelly Sago Drink
Ingredients
5 pcs Milo Sachet (24g each) ----------------------------P35.00
1 pack (25g) Unflavored White Jelly Powder---------P13.50
5 cups Water
1/2 cup Sugar --------------------------------------------- P 5.00
1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder ---------------------------------P 1.00
1 cup Hot Water
1 Big Can (370ml) Evaporated Milk --------------------P 25.00
1 Big Can (300ml) Condensed Milk --------------------P30.00
1 pack (250ml) All-Purpose Cream---------------------P49.95
2 cup Cooked Mini Sago (Tapioca)---------------------P10.00
16 oz U- Cup with Bear Lid ------------------------------P 8.75 each
PROCEDURE
1. In a pot combine water, unflavore white jelly powder, sugar, milo and cocoa powder. Stir to dissolve. Stir over medium heat until it boils. Remove from heat and pour into a heat proof mould or container. Let it cool to set. After it set, cut jelly into cubes.
2. In a bowl dissolve 2 sachet (24g each) milo into 1 cup hot water. Set aside.
3. In a big bowl combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, all-purpose cream and milo mixture. Mix well. Add milo jelly cubes and cooked mini sago (Tapioca). Mix well. Put ice or chill on the ref to cool before serving. Serve in disposable cups or store in a container.
