Ok folks, as my soffit and windows aren't in yet we are going to do a bit of Jamin' at the off grid cabin, along with a bit of storm clean up. Raspberry mint jam to be precise and it turned out great, 31 half pints of that beautiful nectar of the heavens. All prepared on a camp chef camping stove, using Kerr jars and hot water bathing them to seal. As always, thanks for watching and have fun with this one as I sure did.
