Half of carrot
1 tortilla
One leaf of iceberg lettuce
4 tbsp. of yogurt
4 tbsp. Ketchup
1 tsp. seasoning for chicken
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. Provencal herbs
1 tsp dry garlic
3 tbsp. Sunflower oil
