If you want to avoid Gatorade you have to try out this Homemade version! This tastes amazing - in my opinion better then any of those electrolyte drinks out there.
It is so easy to make too! No blender or anything needed. You can make this in a pitcher or in individual bottles. I love these glass bottles to store them!
Ingredients
3 cups 100% pure coconut water
2 cups 100% fruit juice (cherry juice for red Gatorade, OJ for orange
1/4teaspoon sea salt
1-2 cups water
3-4 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
optional: honey to make it sweeter
Next everything together in a Mason jar and shake or store. Store in a picture or in individual bottles.
