Ingredients:
Almonds – 1 cup
Cashews – ½ cup
Saffron – 4 to 5 strands
Sugar – 2 tsp (just for a mild taste)
Cardamom – 1
How Amma Makes It:
Dry roast almonds and cashews separately for 2–3 minutes. (Do not over-roast—this prevents oil release.)
Let them cool completely.
Blend them with saffron, sugar, and cardamom into a coarse powder.
???? Tip: Don’t run the blender continuously—give small pauses to prevent it from turning oily.
And it’s done!
Store in an airtight jar and mix with warm or cold milk daily—it’s tasty, comforting, and loaded with natural goodness.
