Delicious light and healthy salad. Eaten right away! I highly recommend trying it.
Salad Recipe:
2 beats
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar 6%
2 pcs cucumber
1 pc tomato
Greens to taste (I have dill and cilantro)
2 pcs garlic clove
Coriander and black pepper
1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
