Shakshuka is a one-skillet meal that can be served for breakfast or dinner. Adding breakfast sausage makes this a protein-packed, hearty and satisfying meal that's perfect for a special family breakfast on the weekend.

SHAKSHUKA INGREDIENTS:
►1 Tbsp olive oil
►1/2 lb breakfast sausage, or sausage of choice
►4 Tbsp unsalted butter
►1 medium onion (1 cup chopped)
►28 oz can of peeled whole tomatoes
►1/4 tsp sugar
►1/2 tsp salt
►4 garlic cloves (1.5 Tbsp minced)
►1/4 cup chopped parsley
►5-6 eggs
►parmesan cheese, grated over the top to serve
►buttered and toasted bread
