Broccoli, Marinated Onion and SunDried Tomato Salad

12 ounce bag of broccoli florets
1 cup marinated onions (see recipe below)
1.5 ounces oil-free sun-dried tomatoes (about 1/3 cup)

Steam all ingredients until the the broccoli is the way you like it. I use the Pampered Chef Microwave steamer and cooked it in the microwave for 4 minutes. Keep in mind that everyone's microwave is different. I used a bit of the vinegar from the onions in place of water and I drained it after steaming and sprinkled with the Faux Parmesan. You can enjoy this salad warm or chilled.
