7 Days, 7 Cooling Summer Drinks (Homemade & Healthy)


Day 1 – Aam Panna (Raw Mango Cooler)
Why: Hydrates, prevents heatstroke, rich in Vitamin C
How: Boil raw mango, blend with mint, cumin, black salt, and a pinch of jaggery. Serve chilled.

Day 2 – Sattu Drink (North Indian Protein Cooler)
Why: High protein, keeps you full & cool
How: 2 tbsp roasted chana sattu + water + lemon juice + black salt + cumin. Mix well. Serve chilled.

Day 3 – Buttermilk (Chaas / Mattha)
Why: Excellent probiotic, soothes digestion
How: Blend curd + water + roasted cumin + coriander + mint + salt. Drink after meals or midday.

Day 4 – Kokum Sherbet (Konkan Special)
Why: Natural coolant, aids digestion
