Beat the summer heat with these 2-minute refreshing drinks! Recipes below:

- Watermelon 

- Peppermint leaves 

And add: - Lemon 

- Black salt 

- Black pepper

- Curd 

- Water 

And add: - Mint leaves 

- Black salt 

- Roasted cumin seeds 

Optional: - Coriander leaves/powder 

- Curry leaves/powder

- Hing powder

- Soak 1 tsp chia seeds overnight in a glass of water 

 

Next day: - Squeeze half lemon 

- Optionally add rock salt

- Use coconut opener for convenience 

- Avoid plastic straw, use SS

- Soak 1” gond katira (tragacanth gum) in 1/2 glass of water overnight 

- Optional: Add 1 tsp chia seeds 

 

Next day: - Add 1 tsp gulkand in a glass of water 

- Mix this with gond katira water prepared overnight
