Blini are among the most popular dishes in Russia (Ukraine). Blini is such a popular dish in our countries, you can find them almost in every café. Especially at Shrovetide.
The Shrovetide is a feast of bidding farewell to winter, injected with the joyful anticipation of spring's arrival, Nature's awakening. An invariable attribute of Shrovetide are blini (pancakes), round in shape – symbolizing the sun.

160 gr. of wheat flour
